While she was waiting for the floor sales man to bring the size 6, she was with my younger daughter looking at other sneakers when a different floor sales man rudely and horribly snapped his fingers in my daughter's face telling her to "catch a wake-up" because the 1st salesman was waiting to show her the size 6 she requested to see. My daughters and son in law were in your store late this afternoon (Saturday 9th Dec 2017) when my eldest daughter asked for a size 6 in a specific sneaker. We are absolutely horrified that your staff get away with treating people like trash!!! PLEASE CALL ME!!!! You lost a sale to my daughter today, and I think with this treatment my daughter received today, you will be losing many more customers. You seriously need to train your staff to treat people and clients with respect. I sincerely hope that a member of management will contact me as we would like to take this matter further. My daughter was horrified at the way she was treated, and naturally she left your store in disgust! She has also vowed NEVER to go back to your store ever again.
